I think this is more your server misconfiguration related not the extension
Have you tried to install other component as well? just to make sure it's not just one component problematic here
Perhaps you can redownload the SP Page builder installer file again and try back
I never have this problem for years using and installing this component before.. just saying here![:)]( "Smiley")
